Training again today,
Gideon went.
Hu jiao lian!
(My mum heard it as hu jiao, which is pepper in chinese -.-)
HAHAHHAHAHHAS!
Since he is Chinese and speaks with the China accent,
shall call him jiao lian instead of coach!
He scolded the same same guy as yesterday,
TA MA DE! ZHE ME CHA LE! HAI BU YAO ZHUAN XIN! SHANG AN ZHUO PUMPING!
HAHAHAHAS!
He still goes TA ME DE!
HAHHAHAAHS!
But he is a damn nice jiao lian,
he lets us play in the swimming pool,
and extends our lunch hours!
AND AND I SAW THE PRETTIEST RAINBOW IN MY LIFE TODAY!
IT'S CIRCLAR! Not the normal n shape rainbow,
it's like a halo on top of your head!
IT'S DAMN PRETTY!
I read Elizabeth's ma'ams blog some time ago,
and saw she also saw an rainbow like that,
I WAS HOPING I WILL SEE IT!
CAUSE I HAVE NEVER SEE IT BEFORE!
I SAW IT TODAY!
IT'S DAMN PRETTAYE!It's like a halo,the sun is in the middle of the halo,and the clouds encircled my the rainbow,are slighly darker than the ones outside.It's really really really the prettiest thing I've seen in my life!I TOLD ALL THE SAILORS AND JIAO LIAN ABOUT IT!We all stared at it for like a few mintues,cause it's so beautiful.It's like God's way of telling me,he'll watch over me.Oh my gosh, it's so beautiful,I wish I had a camera at that time,but I was out at sea!It's really really the most beautiful thing I've seen in my life.I stand in awe of his creations.A promise that he will never destroy the Earth with flood again.

Anyway, the wind was so inconsitent today,
a first, the wind so very light,
so it's hard to sail,
lunch onwards, no wind,
so we played in the pool,
Around 2+
Wind came back,
we went back out ( I saw the rainbow)
it started getting stronger and stronger.
Hike out a lot.
Jiao lian said I improved a lot =D
AND AND! I WORE TRACKPANTS TO SAIL TODAY!
To prevent sunburnt on my thighs,
the only problem is that,
when I capsize,
there are a lot of air bubbles in my trackpants,
so I look like a freak, with one big pocket of air, around my thighs,
when I climb into the byte.
And it's so heavy when it's wet!
Anyway, the wind went crazy around 4+
The whole world started to capsize,
cause we were on the run,
and bytes are so unstable!
I capsized 3 times!
Better than the first time I sailed byte,
THAT WAS CRAZY!
Gidoen capsized like 6 times,
cause when he upright the byte,
before he could climb in,
it capsize the the other way!
THAT IS DAMN SAD!
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHS!
It went continuously 5 times!
I was laughing at him,
cause I was in the sea when he capsized!
I think Jelene is very very nice!
Still cannot believe she is za boh's church friend,
THE WORLD IS SO SMALL!
Finally got back to shore safe and sound.
THEN THE PT COMES.
Wah, jiao lian's PT is crazy,
I'm aching everywhere!
Like seriously,
and my leg hurts.
Doesn't seem to be getting better,
I think I going for check up.
And whenI hike out,
the hking strap will run against my legs,
damn pain, all the skin has been rubbed away,
so it's quite raw and red now.
OUCH!
And THANK GOD FOR GLOVES!
I kena blisters WITH GLOVES,
imagine life WITHOUT gloves.
And I forgot to close my self bailer again!
Yesterday foget, today also forget!
Yes, IT'S THE SECOND TIME I WENT OUT TO SEA WITH AN OPEN SELF BAILER!
So when I sail reach,
all the water rushed in can!
I got a shock!

And my bruises are really bad,
especially those on my head and knee.
Hurts.
Yesterday I broke my toenail,
today is Gideon's turn!
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHS!
And I applied sunblock all over my face, wore wet suit and trackpants,
and wore sunglasses today,
but I only started wearing them after lunch,
that's why I spotted the rainbow,
cause I go look at the sun.
So basically I protected all roundedly,
but, I FORGOT MY EARS!
MY EARS ARE BUNRT!
WHOEVER HEARD OF SUNBURNT EARS!
HAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAS!
My mum though my coach make me pull my ears cause I misbeheave.
My face isalso slightly burnt.
Wet suits are the best,
they block out almost all of the UV rays, I didn't get burnt at all,
it's more effective than sunblock!
My eyes are still sunburnt,
got one red line running across!
HAH!
I'm applying after sun lotion on my ears!
HAHAHHAHAHAS!
I wonder how am I gonna sleep tonight!
They hurt!
My arms are really aching,
100 guy's style pumping wiithin 2 days!

My jiao lian is fair,

I do for one day,
today, I found uprighting the byte,
easier and not so tiring,
cause normally it's damn tiring.
I'm wearing PE shorts tomorrow,
cause they protect my thighs,
and are not that heavy and will not collect air bubbles.
Bryna's booties are too big for me!
Anyway, after training,
Gideon went to play in the pool,
I went to eat chips,
cause the pool damn cold,
when I went to bathe,
he is still playing,
when I'm haven't finished bathing,
he came out already,
ready to go!

HOW DO GUYS BATHE SO QUICKLY!
Somemore the sea was damn oily today,
it was like rainbow coloured,
luckily I never capsized there.
Anyway, we couldn't get a cab,
so we waited for the shuttle bus till 715!
TRAINING ENDS AT 530!
We sat by the steps and looked like abandoned kids.
Gideon looks so old now.
I remembered he used to call me Yi Xin jie jie,
cause I'm one year older.
Now, he looks older than me, cause he is taller.
Shuttle bus goes to Tanah Merah,
we took train to Pasir Ris and wanted to take 88 home.
My mum offered to fetch me from Gidoen's house.
From the train station to the termial,
he purposely walk damn fast,
cause I cannot catch up,
my legs shoter what,
and I injure my leg and I wore a set of DAMN LOOSE PANTS.
and forgot to bring belt!
So he walked infront with no shoe bag, no water bottle,
me behind,m carrying my shoe bag, my sister's giantic Nike bottle,
pulling up my shorts frequently, trying to catch up!
He still can umcheo!
I'm speechless.
Waited for mum at the bus stop near his house,
he waited with me,
then started talking,
hahhahahahhahahs,
his mum called him,
he said he was with Yi Xin jie jie at the bus stop,
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHS!
He still calls me Yi Xin jie jie in front of his mum!
HAHAHAHAHAS!
Anyway, homed.
My two cousins are staying overnight,
they are younger than my brother,
and they are both guys.
Spells trouble.
They are both crazily noisy.
